| Meet our Staff Ray Kluglein , General Manager
Ray joined the team this summer as the General Manager. Ray has been working for Sodexho for the past 20 years in various positions within the organization. His most recent position was at Mystic Seaport Museum of the Sea in Mystic, CT, as the General Manager. Most of you may know of the famous Seaman's Inn Restaurant and Banquet Facilities as the land mark restaurant at Mystic Seaport Museum . Ray graduated from Johnson and Wales College with a A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Management and with his love for food, he became a Chef Instructor at Johnson and Wales College in the 1980's. Ray resides in Cranston , Rhode Island with his wife and two young daughters.

Dave
Covell, Production Manager
Dave joined the Dean team in August 2003 as our
Production Manager. Dave has been in the food
industry for over twenty years and has worked
for Sodexho since 1996. Dave grew up in Franklin
and has worked in many area establishments. Dave
is a member of the Sodexho Chef Association and
has participated in several food competitions.
He currently resides in Plainville, MA with his
wife and three children.

Rosane
MacRoberts, Catering Manger
Rosanne joined Sodexho in 1999. She became a part
of Dean’s management team in 2001 and she
is responsible for special events & catering
as well as oversees the staff and operation of
the Boomer’s Snack Bar. Rosanne has numerous
years experience in restaurants and hotels. She
lives locally with her husband and daughter.

Kristen Ricci, Retail Manager 
Kristin started working for Sodexho here at Dean College in 1993. Over the years, Kristin has worked various positions in both the Dining Center and Boomer's, and became part of our management team in January of 2007. Kristin is now the Retail Manager, looking after Boomer's Snack Bar and Smart Market Café. She grew up in Franklin , and now lives close by.

Craig Dasuta received his degree in Culinary Arts from Newbury College in 1994. After that, he worked in Boston as an executive chef for companies such as The Restaurant Associates, Aramark, and New England Life as well as for local restaurants. He also cooked for various celebrities such as Bruce Springsteen, the Kennedy Family, the Mayor of Boston and the Governor of Massachusetts. Craig then catered for Ted Williams and the music group, Stained. He is also a member of the A.C.F (American Culinary Federation) and has competed and medaled in A.C.F. Culinary competitions. In 2000, Mr. Dasuta moved on to working for Sodexho; he was soon working at the Fleet Bank headquarters in the Financial District of Boston. In 2002 Craig then went to Eastern Connecticut State University and then moved onto Roger Williams University as the Executive Chef. Finally, he came to Dean College in 2004 as the Executive Chef and in 2006 took over the role of District Executive Chef and is lovin' it.
